Message: New order for Separion from Chinese co.

I accept the announcement Hogey, I just am unclear as to what the "order" actually means for EFL in terms of revenue. Are you saying that your reading of this is that EFL has signed a contract for $1M? For something more or less than that? A supply arrangement that may be worth $1M this year? Because a supply arrangement is not an order, it is just a mechanism to allow for orders should the buyer actually want to make one.

As far as I can tell (based on EFL's own wording), the Chinese company's requirement may "be greater than $1M" this year, but they are kind of dancing around the numbers a bit, aren't they? Normally a sale/order has numbers attached to it. Like "X amount of SEPARION for X amount of dollars" based on certain conditions. Not 'we have a new order that may be worth $1M this year and even more next year'.

Anyway, not here to argue with you. You have provided tonnes of great info in the time that I've been reading (and more recently participating) in this forum. I hope they book $1M from this Chinese company and it shows up in their year-end financials.
