Maybe thats why the past few quarters have been a disappointment with earnings. I bet that project was supposed to count toward that 15 million in revenues last year. Possible could be a whopper of a quarter coming. May also be why he did private placement on the small side because he knew money is coing later and just covered bases for the time being. I think this guy knows how to manage money and is conservative. Thats why I think this acquisition their breakout move.
