KPMG has reported that approximately 300,000 telecom towers in India face electrical grid outages in excess of 8 hours on a daily basis. Nov.6/2012 Electrovaya signs a MOU with Bhaskar with regards to their proposed 15,000 telecom tower application. In subsequent MD&A statements EFL states that the market in India is very price sensitive, hint hint nudge nudge no sales by EFL into that market. Apr.29/2015 Ballard (BLD) announces that RJIL of India ordered 100 fuel cell backup power systems for its wireless telecom network. Now that India is no longer a price sensitive market (quote Sankar Das Gupta, May15/2015 "Almost evey day we get inbound calls looking for quotations and request for quotations. And this is something we have never seen in the last few years." and with about a month left in Andy's crucial period the announcements should be coming almost daily, if they are the size of the last two. Unless that quote is as accurate as the one referencing the EV Smart car "they had many tens of thousands of electric cars operating and yet with zero safety incidents." many tens of thousands, REALLY!
