The only announcement I've seen with regards to Leclanche is for electrodes from Litarion, not their Separion product. That said, the pie for battery storage is growing so fast (EVs, smart cities, micro-grid, industrial, residential, commercial, mining, marine, etc.) that there is room for all the current players and a few more, at least until the next economic downturn. Your correct that in the supply of complete packs/systems is where the biggest margins would be. Unfortunately with the amount of players the margins are and will continue to be squeezed. The companies that can grow their production the fastest and lock in partnerships for complete packaged systems will be the ones that make the most within this environment of shrinking margins.
