Seems to me you are confusing two different issues, 1) the cost of building a plant using the non-NMP process, and 2) as stated in the CC of May15/2015 Litarion is the mother-ship pouring out electrodes and separators to cell assembly people downstream and as such they are looking at joint ventures in India, Middle East as well as elsewhere. A distinction with a difference.
