Anyway Shankar is aware it is last chance for him to end story with a large pile of cash, but he have great tools right now with Litarion + Separion promising business, world class plant and strong german technical team (bet they will be hard at work to refine/implement non NMP process in Kamenz), compare to messy Mississauga plant + very fast ramping up lithium ion market for storage and industrial.

Should be a shock for Litarion employees to visit Mississauga plant of their new owners.
