There will be no licensing with either Samsung or LG for non-NMP process, Evonik was due to close Litarion anyway so better for them to give it to Electrovaya more clean cut and probably not more costly than shutting down.

That Electrovaya claim they save Litarion with non NMP process, which could be true, does not mean LG and Samsung need it !!!

Real test for non-NMP will be 1st support by Saxony government for shift from NMP to non-NMP (no certitude) and 2nd purchase by Leclanché or others of non-NMP coating.

Bet LG and Samsung will get support from German government for plant including NMP lines.

Lower cost of non-NMP (Capex/Opex) is nice but assuming same scale factor for cost.
