you will hear him say at (6:03) North America (Mexico??) Europe and Asia...

Maybe MEXICO is the first starting point for Lithium Ion in North America. To be the cheapest in the world... this would be the only way for North America to be the cheapest in the world.

I think I'm onto something here.....any thoughts???
