I personally think that some people are taking advantage of Stop-Loss orders, bringing the price down and stacking up at low prices. The volume went way up after the latest NR, followed by some erratic orders, and then died down.
I don't see a reason why investors (not traders) would sell away when the company just announced their biggest contract so far and when everything indicates that things are moving the right direction.
I might be way off, but I'm throwin it out there...
