Tesla eventual choice only concern ... Tesla and China main target for Separion right now should represent above 50% of lithium ion worldwide production sooner or later, huge market potential even a small part could be huge for a small co. like Electrovaya.

Anyway gel electrolyte could not provide safety improvement as the one provide by ceramic separator like separion key for high energy batteries.

If due to make water based coating (not so easy to put in practice ...) why not dry coating ?
