Electrovaya is taking steps to mitigate these risks. It has started a business development and sales initiative and has secured a number of new customers. This sales effort will continue and has resulted in a very robust pipeline. The conversion of the pipeline to revenue, however, will take some lead time as qualification, supplier, manufacture and shipping arrangements are put in place so there will be a lag before full production levels can be reached.
