Who said they participated in the bid? How do we know they didn't let Leclanche go for it in order to get orders for the electrodes (as a mutual agreement even) knowing that they couldn't meet certain deadlines for whole systems? How do we know why they didn't get this particular contract?

These questions might be a bit weird. But either way, the company cannot get all the contracts out there...
