As suggested before, I'm sure after only 9 months, things at Litarion are just starting to ramp up. It takes time to integrate people, technology and culture. It's only been 9 months, not a year.
To create "new" EFL-Litarion product based on the technologies, get them into the field for testing is now on-going. As much as it seems like EFL is losing out, they should in fact just be starting to become more involved over the next 6-12 mths.
As proven in the past, no one on this board has any idea of what is happening behind the scenes no matter how much they read or speculate. EFL always surprizes, ... good and bad.
As far as Andy goes, he pretty much left at the beginning of the merger when plenty was up in the air. He may have questioned EFL's ability to pay him for very long and took the first train to what he thought could be a better option. Deltro is also a tiny company. Remember, they didn't get the Contract, Leclanche did. Deltro is a sub. Deltro is also owned by an x-Conservative Dean Del Mastro. I'm sure he has his own connections in the industry as an former Conservative, now an independant I think.
