Hello Fellow EFL-believers,
I'm hoping some of you can give their insight on this based on their experience/knowledge...
GMP Capital has been selling around the $0.79 mark in February. Lately, they've been buying back at almost double the price they sold at.
What would explain the "change of heart"?
The real question is: Is it possible that, at the March 24 presentation for Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers, they gave some kind of exclusive/privileged information with a non-disclosure agreement and other clauses until the news is officially released?
Or would that be illegal? Can that be legal under certain conditions?
Or is it just that the presentation was so good that funds gained faith in the company again?
What are your thoughts?
Thanks!
