In my fishing days I used to go over to the neighbors pond. I would throw in a little fish food from the trash can beside the pond. The fish would swarm about in a frenzy. Then I would throw out a line with a hook and any kind of bait sometimes even a bare hook. Immediately a fish would strike and I hauled in a nice fish.

These funds buying and selling sounds like to me they are trying to stir up a franzy and see what they can shake out ?

Since I don't need any cash right now and had planned on a longer game, I am going to sit back and watch what shakes out. Who knows! Could be a new Partner, a JV, a Merger or a Licensee. But it is getting interesting...
