TD still bleeding a lot of shares from someone(s). Not sure where they're all coming from but they hopefully run out soon. If these sells are from one source, I do not know why that amount of holdings doesn't show on ownership reports. In Canada, I believe, ownership over 5% has to be reported through National Instruments documentation. 10% for sure and you are also then deemed, in most cases, to be an insider.

On the brighter side, TD is also on the buy side of some of those large blocks.
