When he mentioned Paris and the 4500 eBuses, the interviewer asked "All from you guys?" and his answer was "No... (stuttering)... Who knows? Maybe it's gonna be all us."
That would imply they already have a piece of it or are in negotiations. If the eBus MOU was not with a supplier for the city of Paris, then we can expect an announcement soon.

But then again, I was told many times that I overanalyze stuff... so I'd take my own words lightly...
