They come to the theatre late and it is full. They wiggle in and holler FIRE! Fire! Then after some of the crowd leaves, they take thier pick of the choice seats.

It's like the people that come to a stock already on the move up and the free floating shares are tight. They start hollering the price is crashing! Bad news is coming! Then when the price falls into their buying range they get shares on the cheap. The weak hands are just left out. Will they ever learn...
