CFO might not want to borrow the other $30MIL as he tries to achieve optimal capital structure. For myself, I'd like to have a little debt but not a lot. SP is relatively high so it makes sense to raise funds through equity. The move to OTCQX is step to broaden its ownership.The current share structure makes it very difficult for any institution to take a large position (It will drive the SP much higher if they buy the shares on open market). Electrovaya needs the cash for wc. US institituions, being late to the party, wants the shares but are not willing to pay market price. Also lately, the sp has been "managed". It is kind of walking down to the issue price, We will know in a couple of weeks. This is their chance to raise signficant cash so I can live with it.
