1. Is it possible it's dated on a Sat because of the supposed material change in ownership?

2. I'm still not sure where or how this information was garnered. Yet, it is listed/speculated on the OTC website, not just some stock message board. I'm surprized it is floating around out there. Who found out? How? There are many listings for other cos too.

3. Say what you want about Sankar, but he sure seems pretty intent on protecting shareholders. Yes, he has a lot of shares and is aligned with us, but many penny stocks would simply take the easy road, cave and dilute like crazy.

4. Again, I would presume it involves Sankar's shares as he is the only one with enough to warrant a move like this and I like that he included all shareholders. Institutions generally conduct their big block swaps in dark pools and post to the exchange after they are consumated.

5. the idea Sankar would sell some of his position then loan the cash to EFL is a very interesting one. Again, non-dilutive

6. Brokers must hate Sankar. (I'm sure Richard is a big part of this too. Although, he doesn't have a lot of skin in this game) Sankar has been cutting and avoiding Brokers and their fees as much as possible. They typically want to finance, get their fees and warrants to boot. Drive penny stocks into death spiral.
