I think they have a well thought out plan. It looks to me they are trying to start a bidding war. If they hold off a few months in taking up an offer, the share price will be much higher. The company will have the annual report behind them that says they will be profitable next quarter. Once they demonstrate positive cash flow the offers should get better.
The new electrode process AUTOMATION has been under design for some time. I would epect them to start construction soon. A completely automated line producing higher energy density electrodes at a lower cost would be G R E A T !.
That US battery maker Oakridge Global Energy Systems has a new battery on their web page that says it is production ready (no spec sheet). My assumption is they are waiting on Litarion electrodes and separator from Targray. This is probably why Targray demand has gone out the roof. So I think there is a slight possibility of a North American plant. Slight. Maybe not now though. If Oakridge does well, then maybe a licensee in the making.
