I think the company has orchestrated the timing of good news release in order to support the share price (until the secondary issue share price is established and the offer is announced). One example is the LOI to provisional contract agreement. I would not be surprised to see more half decent news in near term to keep the share price afloat at 3 bucks. But I think the offer should come very soon once the "discount" is agreed upon.
This is no longer an R&D company doing one off projects anymore. The CEO has an obligation of not just to our shareholders but also to the 170 front line employees that put bread on the table. We are talking about liveihood of these people and their families here. They need to keep getting firm contracts to keep the factory operating at full capacity. Finally, the Canada-EU free trade talk does not help either but there is still hope.
