They can't get a big player to partner with them and license until they have a working, fully automated, NMP free production line. Right now that does not exist. It is in the works for Jan 2017 by Amita. Until they can demonstrate it everything appears to be on hold. No wonder the short interest keeps going up.

I have confidence that it will happen, but I may not have any hair left when it does.
