On June 14, 2016 Electrovaya announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with a European original equipment manufacturer (“European OEM”), a battery assembler for electric buses which has manufacturing plants in both Europe and China.

BYD is building a new electric bus plant in Hungary; is this the OEM? Any thoughts?

Who else has an electric bus plant in both Europe and China?

So many questions, it's hard to be patient as this all unfolds.
