veradero, I suspect much of this is your own opinion.

I doubt the "short squeeze" applies at this point because the price is much lower than most of them shorted at. The short squeeze would apply "IF" EFL was trading much higher, say at $4-4.50. This would be very painful for the shorts and perhaps force them to cover if they thought it would continue to rise. At this point, most of them are probably still in the money, and feeling no pain whatsoever, if they haven't covered.

The short report you quoted is dated now. many of the shares could have been covered. we'll see in a few days. If they were, we may look to move back higher. If not, possibly more pain to the downside aided by weak Q4 revs.
