Agreed. I don't think they are up to Litarion's level either and LECN reported losses. OGES lost $29M on Leclanche in 2015 (8/23 10Q OGES Filings). IMO, LECN might be underbidding, maybe the way they won the IESO Canada deal over EFL. Leclanche claims 15,000 cycles @100% DoD with LTO in their presentation and might be weighted to produce more of that. It might still in be in their plan to continue to work with Litarion.
