The only way it could be good news is if Midac SpA made the cells or batteries from Litarion electrodes/cells.  If that is the case then they are manufacturing European forklift batteries in Spain.  

It is just a little bit too fuzzy for me right now.  I will wait for some sort of confirmation.  Too bad Electrovaya never tells you anything.
