How could Electrovaya get out of this situation?  

Well they could double their quarter 2 revenue of 2.1 million to 4.4 million !

Since they have done that then quarter 4 revenue needs to be 6 million dolllars.  They have started to pay off some of their debt.

I think they are on the way to recovery if sales will continue to increase.
