I felt it was important to post this link, it shows their plans from 2015 was to set up a JV production facility in Thailand. If you google "Electrovaya linkedin" go to the third page and you will see "Electrovaya Inc. -Thailand board of investment North America", click on this link. It clearly states their intention to set up a JV production facility. I will give you a shortcut, on the bottom of the screen you will see orange marks which coincide with the powerpoint presentation. Click on slide 38 and he mentions Litarion several times, if you listen to the presentation he mentions Litarion multiple time throughout.
