''TerraE Holding GmbH will choose a company out of five candidates next month to build a 34 gigawatt-hour battery factory, according to TerraE’s chief executive Holger Gritzka. The former ThyssenKrupp executive led a consortium of 17 German companies and won government funding for plant.''
What that means is they (TerraE) has 5 construction companies looking over the plans that may want to bid on construction. They will choose the contractor next month.
They have already selected the technology, process, materials, ect. Will we ever find out for sure if Electrovaya process was selected? If Electrovaya did lisence to TerrraE then when the contract is signed and money changes hands, I would think they would be obligated to inform shareholders.
