Li-Tec is an empty shell, Litarion is totally dead, employees terminated, Daimler will sold equipment to recover a few bucks and take back warehouse for own use.

Same happen for Li-Tec battery assembling line not part of Electrovaya deal, equipment sold through an auctionner.
