I don't think it is a buy out/takeover.  They are obviously getting ready to expand production.  Look at the qualifications of the engineers they have been advertising for.  Roll to roll experience caught my attention.  That could be cathode production or seperator production.  OR could it be ss cell production ?  I am very curious.  Someone knows because building new production can not be kept a secret and those in the know appear to be  buying......

I am also a share holder of another company that is talking cell production and a possible un-named partner.  If they get together that would be the perfect storm for me!
