Sorry for not being more clear. I was referring to assembly, not cell production. I was under the impression that after their experience with Evonik Literion Electrovaya was not aiming to be in the cell production business and was going to continue relying on contract manufacturers.

I think they have seen how fragile their supply chain is (Covid-19). Also it looks like they are preparing for electric bus and maybe electric delivery truck business in the future. This along with increased volume of cells for Raymond. I am sure the extra cell capacity will be needed in about a year out. It takes a year to build a new plant.
