I am not expecting Electrovaya to announce plans for cell production as it is still too early.  It would be nice to give us a heads up, but because of past harrasment, Electrovaya tells us what they have done, not what they are planning to do.  That said it takes a couple quarters to design a process and then it takes a year to complete construction.

It would be fabulous if Electrovaya did say something about a joint venture partner though!
