The fiscal year end date is March 31. So the government money will be dispatched this month. It is getting very interesting to watch.

For those who follows EFL's price movement, the govenment announcement was made on Jan 21st, 2021. The closing price of Jan 15th (Friday previous week) was $1.61 and the Jan 20th closing price was $2.43 (the highest closing price among the last few months). It was up over 50% in just 3 trading days with no company news. The volume in those 3 days were also much higher as well.  Finally, it closed at $2.33 on Jan 21st.
