Message: So I have a question ?

If someone sold an option to sell shares of a stock for x $ at a future date.  Then the stock had a reverse split causing the price to increase several times over.  On that future date would the seller be obligated to sell the shares at the agreed to price or would the price be adjusted based on the split ratio??
