I would think they are further along. Wasn't it a moisture issue way back in the NASA days that caused some issues with their pouches. Not just them, but others looking for NASA business also had similar issues if i remember correctly. You'd think they'd have made improvements to have the performance and cycle life they currently have. Especially with the heavy use they subject their bateries to.  But always looking to improve I'm sure.

We always find out when something new shows up, EFL has already been experimenting with it for some time. Don't the also work with UofT and Dalhousie U.
