Did Electrovaya use the money off that last private placement to buy the building that houses the battery cell manufacturing equipment??     If so, that could be considered expanding operations into Michigan?  The end of the quarter is only a couple days out, so the first of next quarter we should get news !  If they manufacture new cells in Michigan, then they will need to add battery module assembly either in Michigan or Mississauga.
