So when they do the monster financing (for the re-structuring), the SP will be up and at least keep the share count dilution to a minimum.

Not sure why it "seems" they are dragging their feet and intentionally letting the SP slide. Is it to let some big money move in while we endure more delay in what should have been a 2021 takeoff.
