Yes, Electrovaya has all the ingredients.  They are just now finishing up a pilot production line.  The purpose is to validate the production process (read attract a partner) and to supplement their production just a bit.  How long until they build out a scled up production facility?  Don't know.  But I hear they have taken option on a building for such a purpose.  When will they tell us about it?  Again, don't know.  It is going to be an interesting Summer!!!

Electrovaya actually had a pilot process years ago.  That equipment was sold off to Germany when Electrovaya was trying to get established there.  They built their own years ago and it looks like they are at it again, rolling their own.  At least this way they will own the patents to the process.  That should help cement in a JV partner.
