As per the Buffalo News, it's nice to get a bit more detail on the Jamestown project.  Electrovaya is even referred to as a Jamestown company.

Jamestown portable lithium-ion battery developer and manufacturer Electrovaya is pursuing a $40 million expansion buoyed by a 1.5-megawatt hydropower allocation. The 135,000-square-foot expansion will allow the company to operate lithium-ion cell manufacturing and battery module assembly equipment and create 100 jobs.
