Well,  Electrovaya has allocated low cost hydro power from the State of New York.

Still to come will be funding from the US Government.  It looks like a good portion of funding will be there to get the first production line up and running.  The construction schedule is probably set by the machinery delivery dates.

It is all coming together - slowly - but moving forward.
