No additional clarity on the source of funds for the ~$63.5 mil gap between the funding they have in place/have spent and the estimated cost to open.  

Clearly we have our hopes pinned on Biden's climate bill.  

If all goes well, things could go really, really well. If they don't, I hope we don't end up with another Literion situation.
