With Raymond as an OEM partner,  Toyota materials handling soon to become at least a customer and I assume Toyota is looking at the SS cell for their automotive needs.  It makes sence that they would try some kind of a buy out of Electrovaya.

Finacially Electrovaya appears to be in a position to rebuff any offers.  They always have in the past and were in dire straights then.  So I don't think we have to worry about that.

Looking forward to an update of recent events at Electrovaya.  Very interested in the construction progress at Jamestown.
