They can do and enforce anything that fits their agenda. Rules be damned.  They can force you to take a deadly untested shot, called a vaccine, that violates every human rights, Nuremberg Code with respect to bodily and health autonomy. Let alone real science. They can rewrite election Constitutional Laws to fit their crime to insert their preferred idiot
