I don't know about help to fast track Toyota EV development.  Toyota has been working on them for quite a while now.  They have been overlooking the Electrovaya SS cell development for a while.  It would be no surprise to me to find out they had a little input or advance info on the size shape of the ss cell.  There is no doubt that they have been testing a prototype for a while also.  I am now just waiting on the reverse split to conclude and for the NASDAQ application to be accepted.  Once these events have transpried then I would be looking for a ss battery announcement.  We could get an infinity announcement about Toyota trucks also but is a ways out yet.

In any event the forklift battery income will start to recede in percentage of Electrovaya income but not until 2025.
