Message: Electrovaya Announces Nasdaq Inaugural Trading Date

This is a big move, I hope they know what they're doing. I believe a Nasdaq listing can cost $500k - $1mil per year for the extra fees and reporting requirements. That's a big expense for small companies.

I'll have to assume they see $50-100mil in rev, SOON.

Not sure about the SP at the moment. Thought I read initial listing requirement of $4.00 (bid) and that would be in USD.  Trading at 3.85 CAD is only 3.63 USD. Must be using the Closing Price alternative with varying requirements.

"The regular bid price of shares of the company's stock at the time of listing must be at least $4.00. However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying requirements. Typically, there must be at least three (or four depending on the criteria) market makers for the stock.

Interested to find out who will the MM's be?
