It mentions Shankar as CEO. It talks about them acquiring and now owning Litarion. IMO, it's an old video 

These videos don't show creation dates. They get reposted months or years later and you only see the Twitter posting date. See the same thing on YouTube. 

I have been looking for a way to find and verify creation dates. Too many videos getting reposted by different users. 

I apologize if I'm wrong, but it seemed dated to me.
