BS filling the gap nonsense or they "possibly" have institutional orders that don't want to pay the Nasdaq inflated price so it's being steadily walked down.

if it has anything to do with earnings, ELVA has a massive leak problem that shouldn't bode well for their Nasdaq inauguration.
