Well,  Raj said they were trying to raise money in a non-dilutive manner.  That seems to indicate using some of the options listed in page 22 of the 10-25 presentation.  Like onlygame said there has not been enough volume for open market purchase of 3 mil shares.   Now the price bump on Monday last could account for rounding up to a finishing number of shares.  It will be intresting to see how the dollars flowed from AIGH to options, direct of indirect.

Since Electrovaya is holding off the earnings report there must be more coming down the pike.  Stay tuned!
